All shipping takes place with the parcel service DHL of the German post office AG or another company and are insured by this companys. Please examine the package immediately with receipt for damages. Any damage must be communicated to the shipping company immediately. You will receive a confirmation of the message, which you will send to us, together with the original package and a copy of the invoice. Please contact us by email or telephone before you send.
